1. ABOUT US

Hanguy.in is an online store operated by Genzible, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We design and sell home organization products, decorative wall companions, organizers, lifestyle accessories, and related products.

Our products are intended for personal household use unless otherwise specified.

Minor differences between photographs and the actual product shall not be considered defects.

5. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Many Hanguy products are produced in small batches.

Minor differences in:

dimensions
surface appearance

are normal manufacturing characteristics and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.

6. PRICING

All prices displayed on Hanguy are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Taxes, shipping charges or other applicable fees may be added during checkout.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If an incorrect price has been displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

7. PAYMENTS

8. SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times are estimates only.

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

Risk associated with storage after delivery remains with the customer.

Improper installation may result in product failure.

10. LOAD CAPACITY

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Hanguy products are intended to support lightweight household items only.

The recommended load should remain under 1 kilogram under proper installation and suitable wall conditions.

Exceeding the recommended weight, using unsuitable surfaces or improper installation may cause failure.

Damage resulting from exceeding recommended weight limits is the customer's responsibility.

11. MISUSE

Products must only be used for their intended purpose.

Misuse includes but is not limited to:

climbing
hanging body weight
excessive force
commercial abuse
outdoor exposure
exposure to fire
prolonged water exposure
chemical damage
product modification

Damage arising from misuse is not covered by any policy.

12. PRODUCT SAFETY

Hanguy products are decorative household organizers.

They are not toys.

Keep products away from infants and young children unless supervised.

Small components may present a choking hazard.

13. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless required by applicable law, Hanguy does not accept returns simply because:

you changed your mind;
you no longer need the product;
you ordered the wrong colour;
you expected something different;
the product did not match your personal preference.

Returns are accepted only when:

an incorrect product was delivered; or

16. USER ACCOUNTS

You may choose to create an account to access certain features of Hanguy.

19. ACCEPTABLE USE
